I was accidentally charged/I forgot to cancel my subscription. Can I have a refund?

- If you forgot to cancel and were charged, you can spend the remaining time of your subscription to take care of the cancellation. In the meantime, your site access will still be valid, so you can access all newly posted content of your level.
