IMPORTANT: The main goal/original idea behind the TicinoTrader Chartbook, Articles/videos subscriptions is to focus on creating materials that I (TicinoTrader) consider most important/related to Orderflow trading and post them on the site – based on my own discretion.
Membership of the TicinoTrader site is not a chartbook request service, but if a member asks for something that is within my capabilities/resources, I am happy to help – as you may have seen many times.
By using the site and its forum (access is for members only) and being a member of the group, you accept this and the guidelines below:
- The Support Forum is the primary support channel for receiving questions and requests from Site members.
- Requests from non-members or expired members can be completed through Private Consultations.
- The purpose of the Request forum section is to collect ideas, so new users can clearly see if something has been requested earlier.
- Please use this forum as the main platform for all communication rather than emailing me to request a new chartbook or ask questions – unless you are asked to do so.
- Please only use email for enquiries/questions if you are specifically asked ONLY.
- I cannot accept requests and answer questions if they are sent via unsupported channels (Discord, Twitter, Youtube message, etc). Please send all requests/questions via the support forum or, if you are looking for a custom/private work, via email.
- Please ALWAYS use the forum to make requests or ask questions about existing materials.
- Before posting a new request or question, please always check the forum (use the search function) to see if your request or something similar has already been posted/requested/asked. There is also a site search function and all posts use extensive tags.
- If you have already submitted a request that has not yet been answered/completed, please re-submit it there or by email.
- I cannot help with custom programming, but feel free to post requests regarding this topic. There is a good chance that SierraChart already has something that you can use as a replacement. If it can’t be done with standard SierraChart tools, I can refer you to very skilled SC programmers.
- You may ask for/request copyrighted material, but I may decide to refuse this request without further explanation – at my own discretion.
- I can only answer questions and complete requests from Site members. If you are not a member, please do not expect an answer. Not because I might not answer, but because I have very limited time/resources and want to focus on the important people first.
- Requests/questions from higher Level subscribers (Playbook, Study, Article/Video Tiers) or long-time members always given priority.
- If you have a very complex request, please contact me by email and after discussing all the details, I will give you a quote for the work (see next point).
- If you are looking for a complex or private project, you can request a quote as detailed in the Private Consultation section.
